What is Fertility by Hypnosis?
Fertility by Hypnosis is a twelve week program. We do a multi-week assessment and want to see you every week for twelve weeks to work with you through three ovulation cycles.
We will be hypnotising you to aid conception each week and will be teaching you self hypnosis and stress management. Our program also reinforces all medical fertility procedures as well as natural conception. There are no contracts to sign as we know you will be pleased and confident with what we do.

One of the most painful challenges facing any couple is the inability to conceive their own baby.
Today more than any other time in history, more women are working full time, creating careers of their own.
Working creates a whole range of dramas, challenges and deadlines for both Men and Women, all of which result in stress levels increasing. The number one enemy of unexplained fertility would have to be stress!
Who wants to come home from work having had the worst day, knowing you are ovulating and then having to ‘get into the mood’ because this is ‘the time’?
No wonder more and more couples are having problems

- About your health. Are you or your partner overweight, or under weight? Do you smoke or drink to excess?

Studies have indicated that infertile women utilising mind/body techniques have a 42 – 55 % conception rate as compared to 20% for those not following this protocol. Dr Gayle Peterson has found that high anxiety states in the mother must be reduced in order to normalise pregnancy and birth. She cites research studies that have documented the link between stress and infertility since the 1980's and states that recently a refined look at depressive symptoms and their impact on biology has offered new hope through a mind/body approach.
