Public Speaking
Public speaking is right up there near the top of the list of the most traumatic things to have to do!
When we say public speaking that is an all encompassing term that covers so many different aspects of life in general:
- Speaking at your child’s wedding.
- Staff meetings
- Addressing a group in class
- Reading at a wedding or funeral
- Performing in a play
- Singing at a special occasion
- Even having an important chat with your teenager
All of the above are stressful things to do if you are not a confident speaker.
